LINCOLN — State police arrested three people on various charges during traffic stops and court proceedings this week.
Troopers arrested Simone Williams, 37, of 55 Salmon Street, Apartment #204, Providence, for receiving stolen goods less than $1,500 on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
The arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Gilmore Street in Providence.
Williams was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 1 p.m. Tuesday, troopers arrested Jerome B. Depina, 38, of 298 Albion Road, Lincoln, for disorderly conduct.
The arrest resulted from Depina being taken into custody by the Rhode Island Sheriff’s Department at Sixth Division District Court in Providence.
Depina was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Wednesday at 10:07 a.m., troopers arrested Melanie Ferreira, 53, of 31 Knight Street, West Warwick, for possession of a Schedule I-V controlled substance (Suboxone) — 10 grams or less.
The arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Royal Little Drive in Providence.
Ferreira was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
