WATERBURY — A 56-year-old woman was cited Tuesday after police say she engaged in tumultuous behavior in an apartment complex parking lot and made numerous false 911 calls.

Troopers from the Berlin Barracks received a report at approximately 10:59 a.m. of disruptive behavior at 36 State Drive.

Police say Estelle Wickwire of Waterbury acted in a tumultuous manner toward three victims: Jamie Martin, 38, of Waterbury; a juvenile; and Ashley Lenski, 41, of Waterbury.

The behavior violated Wickwire’s court-ordered conditions of release related to contact with Martin and disorderly conduct, according to police.

Police say Wickwire also made numerous false calls to 911 dispatchers.

Wickwire was cited on charges of false alarms to agencies of public safety, violation of conditions of release, disorderly conduct and offense committed within the presence of a child.

She was issued a citation to appear at Washington County Criminal Court on Sept. 17 at 12:30 p.m.
