COVENTRY — A 23-year-old man turned himself in to police headquarters on his felony arrest warrant Sept. 15 at approximately 8:30 a.m.
David Anthony underwent processing before being transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
Anthony was charged with duty to stop in accident resulting in personal injury, reckless driving/eluding a law enforcement officer – second offense, driving after denial/suspension/revocation for certain violations, and obstructing officer in execution of duty.
He was presented as a Superior Court violator and ordered held at the ACI pending his next court appearance Sept. 22.
