West Springfield police seek woman in Home Depot receipt fraud case

WEST SPRINGFIELD — The West Springfield Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a woman involved in a receipt fraud incident at The Home Depot on Aug. 28.

Police released a photo of the suspect and are asking anyone who recognizes her to come forward.
