DUNDEE — A 35-year-old Dundee man was arrested Monday on charges of grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
Nickolas P. Jayne of 5185 Lakemont Himrod Road was taken into custody at 6:41 a.m. following an investigation into a reported theft at Himrod Farm Supply.
Yates County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the business for a reported larceny.
The investigation led to the discovery that Jayne was in possession of equipment missing from the business, according to the sheriff’s office.
Jayne was arrested and transported to the sheriff’s office to await arraignment.
The charges include grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
