ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested Aaron N. Battaglia, 42, of Tonawanda, for driving while intoxicated and numerous other traffic violations following a traffic stop in the Village of Ellicottville on Sept. 10.
Battaglia was processed and released on appearance tickets.
Battaglia will appear in the Town of Ellicottville Court on a later date to answer to the charges.
