MILLPORT — New York State Police arrested Robert J. Dunn, 48, of Millport, on Sept. 9 on charges of second-degree rape, a felony, and second-degree sexual abuse, a misdemeanor.
The arrest stems from an ongoing investigation in which Dunn is accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old victim.
Dunn was processed at State Police Horseheads without incident and arraigned in the Town of Veteran Court.
He was remanded to the Chemung County Jail with $50,000 bail and $100,000 bond.
The investigation remains ongoing.
