LITTLE VALLEY — A Salamanca woman was arrested early Sept. 12 following a fight in the village.
Jade A. Vincent was taken into custody at 2:06 a.m. after the altercation, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Vincent resisted arrest and injured a responding police officer during the incident.
The officer was treated at the scene by emergency medical services.
The injuries were not life-threatening and the officer returned to duty.
Vincent was charged with attempted assault on a police officer, criminal obstruction of breathing, disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, resisting arrest and attempted criminal mischief in the third degree.
She was processed and arraigned in Little Valley Town Court.
Vincent was released under supervision.
