NORFOLK — New York State Police arrested Lucas K. Northrup, 37, of Ogdensburg, for aggravated harassment in the second degree on Sept. 10.
The arrest stemmed from a harassment complaint received on Sept. 9 at approximately 8 p.m.
Troopers responded to State Route 420 in the town of Norfolk.
During the investigation, it was determined that Northrup had contacted the victim via phone call and made threats to the victim’s life.
Troopers attempted to reach Northrup but were unable to locate him at that time.
However, on Sept. 10, they successfully located and arrested him.
Northrup was then transported to SP Massena for processing.
He was arraigned in the Town of Norfolk Court and released on his own recognizance.
