NIAGARA FALLS — Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Aleez M. Moore, 30, of Niagara Falls on Sept. 4.
Moore was arrested following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
He faces one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree.
Moore also was charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Both charges are felonies.
Moore was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
