NIAGARA FALLS — Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Anthony L. Hill Jr., 35, of Niagara Falls on Sept. 5.
Hill was arrested following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
He was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree, a felony.
Hill was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
