SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested Terrie A. Lawless, 27, of Cairo, N.Y., following a three-car motor vehicle accident on Sept. 8 at about 2:45 p.m.
Lawless was charged with the misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated as well as traffic infractions of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and improper lane use.
Lawless refused a chemical test and was processed at the Saugerties Police Department.
She was arraigned in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court.
Lawless was released on her own recognizance to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
