ELMIRA — Two men were arrested on outstanding warrants in Chemung County over the weekend.
Isaiah N. Mathews, 26, of Elmira was arrested Monday on an active Superior Court warrant for violation of probation, issued by the Chemung County Court on Jan. 3.
Mathews is being held at the Chemung County Jail pending arraignment.
Steven R. Padgett, 57, of Horseheads was arrested Sunday on an active arrest warrant for violation of a family court order, issued by the Chemung County Court on Aug. 19.
Padgett is being held at the Chemung County Jail.
