ROTTERDAM — State Police assigned to the Troop G Community Stabilization Unit arrested Terence T. Fogle, 40 of Schenectady, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second degree, and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations on Aug. 26.
At about 7:14 p.m., troopers stopped a vehicle on I-890 in Rotterdam for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation.
The driver was identified as Fogle.
Further investigation and with the assistance of State Police K9 Chase, troopers located an illegally possessed loaded handgun within the vehicle which was seized.
Fogle was arrested and transported to SP Latham for processing.
He was then transported to the Schenectady County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
