TONAWANDA — Police are searching for a 45-year-old man who was last seen getting onto Route 219 South on Aug. 11.
Brian C. Serafin was driving a 2006 beige Jeep Liberty with license plate KBE8348 when he was last observed, according to the Town of Tonawanda Police Department.
Serafin is described as 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair, green eyes and a beard.
His cellphone last pinged in the Warren County/Bradford, Pennsylvania area on Aug. 11 around 9 p.m.
