ONEONTA — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Watervliet man following a traffic stop Sept. 5.
Brian C. De Novio, 35, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended or revoked and unlicensed operation.
Deputies found De Novio was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while the vehicle’s registration was suspended.
De Novio was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Town of Oneonta Court at a later date.
