ELMIRA — The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 28-year-old Baldwin, New York man as a fugitive from justice on Pennsylvania drug charges.
Michael J. Parker was arrested Sept. 8 on an extraditable warrant from Bradford County, Pennsylvania, for manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.
The sheriff’s office learned Parker had an active warrant while he was already being held at the Chemung County Jail on unrelated charges.
The Criminal Investigation Division processed Parker as a fugitive from justice.
Parker remains at the Chemung County Jail and will appear in court at a later date regarding extradition to Pennsylvania.
