TUNBRIDGE — A 36-year-old Tunbridge man was arrested Friday night on charges of 2nd degree aggravated domestic assault.
Adam M. Kenyon was taken into custody at 9:06 p.m. after Vermont State Police troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to a residence for a reported domestic assault.
Troopers determined Kenyon had caused bodily pain and injury to a domestic partner.
During the investigation, troopers discovered Kenyon had been previously convicted of 1st degree aggravated domestic assault in 2020.
Kenyon was transported to the Royalton barracks for processing and held without bail with court ordered conditions.
He was cited to appear before the Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.
Kenyon was then transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility where he is being held without bail.
