CUBA — Cuba Police arrested a 42-year-old West Almond man following a traffic stop Aug. 30.
Jared M. Rutty was arrested at approximately 1:53 p.m. on charges of speed in zone, a violation, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a felony.
Rutty was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail.
