Man cited for violating abuse prevention order in Franklin

FRANKLIN — Vermont State Police were contacted by a protected party Sept. 4 at 6:30 p.m. regarding a violation of a Final Relief from Abuse Order on Middle Road.

The protected party reported that David T. Johnson, 25, who is listed as transient, had violated the abuse prevention order.

Following an investigation, police determined that Johnson had violated the order.

Johnson was issued a citation Sept. 5 to appear at Franklin Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Sept. 8 at 1 p.m.
