WICKFORD — Rhode Island State Police arrested a 32-year-old Warwick man on domestic violence charges at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday.
Daril Geisser of 80 Posnegansett Ave. was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct stemming from an incident handled by the Narragansett Police Department.
Troopers located Geisser under the state’s 24-hour domestic rule, which allows for arrests in domestic violence cases within 24 hours of an incident.
Geisser was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks for processing.
He was later turned over to the Narragansett Police Department.
