LYNDONVILLE — A 23-year-old Granby man was arrested on three outstanding warrants Sept. 5 at 6:28 p.m. in a Memorial Drive parking lot.
Owen Ainsworth was taken into custody without incident at 6149 Memorial Drive by Lyndonville Police Department patrol officers, according to a police press release.
Ainsworth was wanted on a capias warrant issued in November by Essex County Superior Court for violation of conditions of release, DUI and domestic assault and unlawful mischief.
The capias warrant carried a sentence of 3 to 12 months suspended to 30 days to serve.
A second warrant was issued in December by Essex County Superior Court for violation of probation related to domestic assault, unlawful mischief and violation of probation charges with bail set at $2,000.
The third warrant was issued in November by Caledonia Superior Court for DUI with blood alcohol content above the legal limit, operating a vehicle with a license suspended for DUI, and violation of conditions of release with bail set at $200.
Ainsworth was processed at the Lyndonville Police Department before being transported to Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.
