WELLS — Through August 31, Wells police reported multiple arrests and citations for various offenses including operating under the influence, traffic violations and domestic disturbances.
On August 2 at approximately 11:30 p.m., Patrick Manzi, 31, of Reading, Massachusetts, was summonsed for criminal speed following a traffic stop on Port Road.
Manzi is scheduled to appear in the York Judicial Center in Biddeford on October 29.
On August 3 at approximately 7:53 p.m., Laurette Bertrand, 46, of Sanford, Maine, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a traffic stop and investigation on Sanford Road.
Bertrand was released and is scheduled to appear in the York Judicial Center in Biddeford on September 9.
On August 3 at approximately 11:45 p.m., Jacob Whitney, 21, of Saco, Maine, was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on North Berwick Road.
Whitney is scheduled to appear in the York Judicial Center in Biddeford on October 29.
On August 4 at approximately 8:32 p.m., Dillon Childers, 31, of Dover, New Hampshire, was summonsed for operating a vehicle without a license following a traffic stop on North Berwick Road.
Childers is scheduled to appear in the York Judicial Center in Biddeford on October 29.
On August 4 at approximately 9:30 p.m., Tristan Kay, 21, of Wells, Maine, was summonsed for operating under the influence stemming from a crash investigation that took place on June 14.
Kay is scheduled to appear in York Judicial Center on October 29.
On August 5 at approximately 12:17 a.m., Thomas Anderson, 31, of Springvale, Maine, was arrested and charged with driving to endanger and operating a motor vehicle without a license following a motor vehicle crash that occurred on Post Road.
Anderson is scheduled to appear in the York Judicial Center on October 29.
On August 5 at approximately 10:39 p.m., David Nolan, 31, of Chesapeake, Virginia, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct – fighting and refusing to submit arrest or detention stemming from an investigation into a domestic disturbance at the Majestic Regency Motel.
Nolan was unable to pay the required amount of bail and was subsequently transported to York County Jail.
On August 5 at approximately 10:50 p.m., Maurice Bastarache, 59, of Chesapeake, Virginia, was summonsed for disorderly conduct – fighting stemming from an investigation into a domestic disturbance at the Majestic Regency Motel.
Bastarache is scheduled to appear in the York Judicial Center in Biddeford on October 29.
On August 7 at approximately 11:15 a.m., Todd Marrone, 50, of Worcester, Massachusetts, turned himself into the Wells Police Department on a warrant charging operating under the influence stemming from an investigation into a single motor vehicle crash on May 18.
Marrone was able to pay the required amount of bail and is scheduled to appear in the York Judicial Center in Biddeford on October 15.
On August 8 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Emma Mullikin, 30, of Somersworth, New Hampshire, was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle without a license following a traffic stop and investigation on North Berwick Road.
Mullikin is scheduled to appear in the York Judicial Center in Biddeford on October 29.
On August 9 at approximately 9:16 p.m., Randy Gunther, 44, of Pembroke, New Hampshire, was cited for a town ordinance violation for the use of consumer fireworks following a complaint about fireworks on Ocean Avenue.
Gunther was issued a first offense violation for $100.
On August 9 at approximately 9:41 p.m., Steven DeGrappo, 55, of Atkinson, New Hampshire, was cited for a town ordinance violation for the use of consumer fireworks following a complaint about fireworks on Atlantic Avenue by Public Way
