FRANKLIN — A 31-year-old Enosburg man was cited for unlawful mischief after allegedly damaging property on Bliss Road on Aug. 22.
State police from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a report of damaged property at 5:07 p.m.
Erica Dunphy, 27, of Enosburg told troopers that Keith Brick had damaged property not belonging to him.
The damage was valued at less than $900.
Brick was issued a criminal citation to appear in Franklin County Court on Oct. 6 at 8:30 a.m.
