PROVIDENCE — A 58-year-old Providence woman was arrested Sunday morning on charges of willful trespass at a Rhode Island gaming facility.
Debra Tereshka of 530 North Main Street, Apartment 24, was taken into custody at 6:30 a.m. Aug. 31 by the Gaming Enforcement Unit with assistance from the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
The arrest followed an investigation by the Gaming Enforcement Unit.
Tereshka was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and was presented as a probation violator to the on-call member of the Attorney General’s Office.
She was later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Female Intake Center.
Tereshka is scheduled for arraignment Tuesday morning at Third District Court.
