BERKSHIRE — Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks received a report of a broken-down motorist on W Berkshire Rd around 9:15 p.m. Aug. 31.
Investigation revealed Camden Learned, 20, of Swanton as the reported motorist.
Police determined Learned had consumed alcohol, a violation of his court-ordered conditions of release.
Learned was issued a citation to appear at Franklin County Criminal Court on Oct. 6 at 8:30 a.m.
