HIGHGATE — State Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred Sunday at approximately 7 p.m. on Interstate 89 South at mile marker 127.
A large section of guardrail was damaged by what evidence suggests was a tractor-trailer truck that left the scene without reporting the incident to police.
The truck and trailer likely sustained significant damage, according to investigators.
