BETHEL — State Police responded to Store Hill Road on Sept. 1 at approximately 11:25 a.m. for a report of a physical altercation.
Upon investigation, it was determined Donald Giovanella, 57, of Bethel committed the crime of simple assault.
Giovanella was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court, Criminal Division on Sept. 2 at 12:30 p.m.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
