CHILI — Deputies are attempting to locate 41-year-old Martin Kowalski Jr. of Chili.
He is described as 5’9″ tall, about 165 lbs.
Martin was last seen leaving his residence in Chili at around 10 a.m. on Aug. 27, wearing black shorts and a gray, long-sleeved shirt.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
