ROCKINGHAM — Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on Upper Bartonsville Road on Aug. 27 at approximately 4:02 p.m.
Subsequent investigation revealed that Nikolas Rowley, 42, of Rockingham, had violated his conditions of release.
Rowley was placed under arrest and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
He was cited and scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Division, on Aug. 28 at 12:30 p.m.
