JEFFERSONVILLE — A 71-year-old man was cited Sunday for violating conditions of his release after troopers found him consuming alcohol and urinating in public on Church Street.
Miles Hoisington was issued a flash citation at 12:24 p.m. for violation of conditions of release by consuming alcohol to the extent where it affects the wellbeing of others.
Hoisington had been issued court-ordered conditions of release on July 7 following his arrest for lewd and lascivious conduct, unlawful trespass, criminal threatening, and resisting arrest.
He is ordered to appear at the Lamoille County Superior Court Criminal Division on Monday at 12:30 p.m.
