CANANDAIGUA — Benjamin Cramer was arrested Wednesday morning on multiple charges stemming from a July 12 boat accident on Canandaigua Lake, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Cramer was taken into custody at 10:40 a.m. and charged with operating a vessel impaired by drugs, reckless operation of a vessel, speed greater than 5 mph within 100 feet of shore, no visual distress signal, and engine cut-off lanyard not used.
He was released on tickets and will appear at the Town of Middlesex Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
