EXETER — A 45-year-old Port Orange, Florida woman was arrested Tuesday following a traffic stop in the town.
Starr Youker was charged with operating while registration suspended, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and expired inspection, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Youker was issued uniform traffic tickets and appearance tickets.
She is scheduled to appear in Exeter Town Court at a later date.
