WILLIAMSTOWN — A Braintree resident was cited for driving under the influence following a motor vehicle crash in Williamstown on Aug. 20.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a report of a crash at 2520 Hebert Rd. at approximately 8:37 p.m.
Eric Washburn, 24, of Braintree, was identified as one of the drivers involved.
Troopers observed signs of impairment during their interaction with Washburn.
He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
Washburn was later released with a citation to appear in court at a date to be determined.
