Holyoke police arrest woman on drug, ammunition charges

HOLYOKE — Holyoke Police Chief Brian Keenan announced Tuesday that officers recovered firearm accessories and crack-cocaine during an arrest on Sargeant Street.

At approximately 4:15 p.m. Aug. 19, Officers Joshua Rivera and Johnathan Ortiz responded to 170 Sargeant Street for a report of a female with a firearm.

Officers located the woman and observed loose ammunition and a firearm magazine.

A good Samaritan had previously removed what turned out to be a prop gun from the area.

Officers also seized approximately 99 vials of suspected crack-cocaine and placed Stone under arrest.

Autumn Stone, 36, of Holyoke is charged with possession with the intent to distribute a Class B drug, possession of a Class B drug and possession of ammunition without an FID card.
