ALBURGH — A St. Albans man was cited Saturday morning for violating court-ordered conditions of release on Blue Rock Road.
Raven Kane, 29, was observed at approximately 6:30 a.m. Aug. 16 in contact with a person he is prohibited from contacting under previously issued court conditions.
Kane had also consumed alcohol and was out past his court-ordered curfew, according to police.
Kane was issued a citation for violation of conditions of release.
