TONAWANDA — Police are searching for a 45-year-old man who was last seen Aug. 10 in the town of Tonawanda.
Brian Serafin is described as 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair, green eyes and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and shorts.
Serafin was driving a tan 2006 Jeep Liberty with New York license plate KBE8348.
