OLEAN — A 35-year-old Olean woman was arrested on an outstanding indictment warrant charging her with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both felonies.
Audra Divittorio of 310 1/2 N. 2nd St. was taken into custody by the Olean Police Department.
The indictment resulted from an investigation conducted by the Street Crimes Unit.
At the time of her arrest, Divittorio was found to be in possession of crack cocaine, scales and cash, police said.
Additional charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, were filed against her.
Divittorio was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await further court proceedings.
