OLEAN — A 49-year-old Olean man was arrested on an outstanding indictment warrant charging him with drug possession and sales, police said.
Curtis Bonner, also known as “Junior,” of 210 N. Second St., was taken into custody on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Both charges are B felonies.
The arrest resulted from an investigation by the Street Crimes unit, according to the Olean Police Department.
Bonner was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await further court proceedings.
