Elmira man arrested for aggravated harassment in Horseheads

HORSEHEADS — Cameron L. Walborn, 35, of Elmira was arrested Aug. 12 for aggravated harassment in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, for sending harassing messages to an individual in the village of Horseheads.

Walborn was arraigned by Horseheads Village Court, where an order of protection was issued and he was released.

In a separate incident, Michael E. Pifer, 55, of Elmira was arrested Aug. 12 for criminal tampering in the 3rd degree, a Class B misdemeanor, and criminal nuisance in the 2nd degree, after defecating at the Chemung County Transit Station in the city of Elmira.

Pifer was issued appearance tickets to appear in Elmira City Court at a later date.

Krystal A. Myers, 45, of Alpine was arrested Aug. 13 for driving while under the influence of drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, after a traffic stop in the town of Catlin.

Myers was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Catlin Town Court at a later date.
