HORSEHEADS — The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who was at Walmart on County Route 64 on Aug. 8 at approximately 6 p.m.
The man was wearing a red hat and shirt and is wanted for questioning, according to the sheriff’s office.
