SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested a 35-year-old local man on a menacing charge Tuesday night.
Andrew E. Hughes of Saugerties was taken into custody at about 9:25 p.m. Aug. 5 following a complaint, police said.
Hughes was charged with third-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Hughes is scheduled to appear in Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
