Medford police seek video in hit-and-run that injured pedestrian

MEDFORD — Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in a crosswalk early Sunday morning.

The incident occurred at approximately 1:20 a.m. Aug. 10 in front of Alexander’s at 277 Main Street.

The pedestrian was struck while in the crosswalk and sustained serious injuries.

The driver fled southbound on Main Street toward Somerville after the crash.

Police are seeking surveillance video that may have captured the suspect vehicle before, during or after the incident.
