WEST HAVEN — Vermont State Police responded to a physical assault at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Aug. 10 at approximately 7:54 p.m.
Through investigation, troopers determined Christopher Bridgmon, 39, of Leicester, caused serious bodily injury to Anthony Andrews, 56, of Middlebury.
Bridgmon was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
A judicial officer ordered Bridgmon held without bail.
Bridgmon was transported to Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility and cited to appear at Rutland Superior Court on Aug. 11 at 12:30 p.m.
