GOFFSTOWN — Two Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers were assaulted Saturday afternoon after a suspect followed one of them into the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Complex and forcibly entered through a secure door.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:45 p.m., according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
After physically assaulting both dispatchers, the suspect fled the scene.
Goffstown police responded and utilized a drone, locating the suspect as he entered a vehicle.
A Goffstown police officer attempted a traffic stop, but the suspect did not comply, leading to a brief pursuit that was quickly terminated for safety reasons.
Law enforcement agencies searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
Authorities have positively identified the individual involved, and arrest warrants are being sought.
No additional information about the suspect is being released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
