SWANTON — A local man was cited following a two-car crash on First Street on Aug. 7 at approximately 3:32 p.m.
Investigation revealed Harold Greenia, 45, of Swanton, was operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license.
The vehicle did not have a required ignition interlock device.
The crash caused minor damage to both vehicles, but no injuries were reported.
Greenia was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Sept. 22 at 8:30 a.m. to face the charges.
