ROME — A Rome woman was arrested following a domestic incident early Thursday morning.
Deputies responded to a Dale Road address at 7:20 a.m. on Aug. 7 after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance.
Authorities determined a physical altercation had occurred and that property inside the victim’s home had been damaged.
Erin Race, 44, of Rome, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree.
Race was taken to the Law Enforcement Building for processing before being transferred to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
