WILLIAMSTOWN — A Barre man was arrested Thursday on an outstanding warrant.
Rossignol Dery, 48, was wanted by the Orange County Superior Court for failing to appear at an arraignment for aggravated assault.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police in Berlin located Dery at a residence on Martin Road in Williamstown at 1:11 p.m.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Orange County Superior Court in Chelsea.
Dery was arraigned on the original charge and held on $1,000 bail.
