ROCKLAND — A Rockland woman was arrested on drug-related charges following the execution of a search warrant Thursday.

Rockland Police, assisted by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and Knox County Sheriff’s Office, conducted the search on Second Street as part of an ongoing drug investigation.

Wanda Chipman, 64, was arrested and charged with felony unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (crack cocaine) and violation of conditions of release.

Additional charges include falsifying physical evidence and felony trafficking in prison contraband after authorities said Chipman concealed crack cocaine on her person and attempted to dispose of it at the jail.
