UTICA — Police have arrested a 55-year-old man in connection with a garage burglary that occurred in early May on the 1600 block of Miller Street.
Nghia Le of Utica was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with burglary in the third degree and petit larceny.
Police said an unknown person had removed the lock from a detached garage and stole wheel rims and other property.
The investigation was assigned to a member of the Criminal Investigations Division.
The Mohawk Valley Crime Analysis Center assisted by distributing surveillance footage, which led to the identification of a suspect.
